The Witcher Season 4 Cast

We all know that big changes are coming! In season four of The Witcher, Geralt of Rivia will be played by Liam Hemsworth instead of Henry Cavill. And while we’ll be sad to see Henry go, we can’t wait for Liam to get here.

Liam posted his thoughts about the role on Instagram and gushed about the person who played it before him. He put down, “As a fan of The Witcher, I’m thrilled to have the chance to play Geralt of Rivia. Henry Cavill has done a great job as Geralt, and I’m honored that he’s letting me take over and play the White Wolf in the next part of his story.”

Still, at least we still have Henry for a whole third season! As for the rest of The Witcher season 4’s cast, we won’t know who is definitely coming back until we hear more. Whether or not they come back in S4 will depend on what happens in S3, so let’s hope there aren’t too many character deaths.

Anya Chalotra played Yennefer in season two of The Witcher, and Freya Allan played princess Ciri. We expect both of them to be back for season four.

The Witcher Season 4 Plot

“As monarchs, mages, and beasts of the Continent compete to capture her, Geralt takes Ciri of Cintra into hiding to protect his newly reunited family from those who want to destroy it,” the show’s official synopsis teases.

After the chaotic end of season two, the next set of episodes will mostly be about Ciri’s fate as a world-destroyer, or a world savior, if we ever want to see season four. There are a lot of people, including the princess’s father, who wants to use the princess’s power for their own gain, but at least Ciri now has Geralt and Yennefer on her side.
