LAHORE, Pakistan: The security authorities and National Accountability Bureau (NAB) officials have decided to seal Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport on former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz’s arrival on July 13.

According to multiple reports, the security authorities have come up with a plan as per which, Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz will be sent to Islamabad on a special plane immediately after their arrival in Lahore to prevent any political shows at the airport.

Take a quick look: “I promise that I will continue this struggle until Pakistanis are free of chains,” says Nawaz

On July 8, Maryam Nawaz had shared her flight details to return to Pakistan with media persons. She said, “I will return to Pakistan along with my father via Ittehad Airways’ flight EY:018, which will depart from London on Thursday evening at 8:45.”

On Friday, former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, his daughter Maryam Nawaz, and his son-in-law were convicted in Avenfield reference by an accountability court and sentenced to eleven years, eight years, and one year respectively.
