Ex-CJP Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary to challenge Imran Khan on Sita White issue

Ex Chief of Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary has said that he will be filing a case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan’s eligibility to hold public office under Article 62 (1)(F) over allegations that the former world-cup winning captain fathered a “love child.”

Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary, who is now the head of Pakistan Justice and Democratic Party (PJDP,) claimed that he has hard evidence supporting his case. He furthered said that the evidence with prove to the court that Imran Khan did admit of being the father of Tyrian White. He said his party will would be filing objections against Khan’s nomination papers before the relevant Returning Officers (ROs.)

Imran Khan should not be considered ‘sadiq and ameen’

There is a legal precedent for politicians and political workers to be disqualified for dishonesty under Article 65 (1)(F,) and Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary believes that he has ample evidence against Imran Khan and that he should not be considered ‘sadiq and ameen’ in terms of the Constitutional Article.
