Harmeet Singh was employed by a newly launched private channel Public News.

Harmeet Singh, a resident of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s (KPK) city Chakesar, Sangla, completed his masters degree in media from Federal Urdu University, Karachi. He started his media career with ATV and later on joined media veteran Yousaf Baig Mirza working for Public News.

“I was the first one to join the thriving journalistic community of Pakistan.” Harmeet Singh was quoted as saying in an interview to Pakistan media-outlet Daily Pakistan.
